- Coordinate with college career center staff to plan, schedule, and conduct information sessions and workshops for students.
- Plan, schedule, and attend student and professional association events throughout California such as conferences, mock interviews, meet the firms, panel group discussions, etc.
- Act as liaison with students, student organizations, campus recruiting professionals, recruiting industry professionals, professors, and university deans to build and maintain relationships, gains access to targeted members, and educates them about our office, career opportunities, and the selection process in-person, virtually, and on various recruitment platforms.
- Advertise job bulletins on online campus job boards, career pages, websites, and on various recruitment platforms.
- Draft annual recruitment plan identifying and proposing office-wide recruitment hiring cycles and strategies to effectively engage and recruit auditor candidates.
- Support the office's recruitment efforts by developing recruiting materials, identifying potential job boards, placing advertisements, and tracking the effectiveness of these recruiting efforts.
- Research and analyzes current recruiting trends. Develops and recommends new or revised recruiting related procedures and strategies.
- This position is eligible for participation in the office's hybrid telework program. Work at the alternate work location must be in California and conducted in a space that is ergonomically sound, private, distraction-free, and has safe working conditions to be eligible to telework.
- Work performed in the office is in an air-conditioned high-rise building with elevator access and both natural andartificial light.
- Work may require sitting for an extended period of time using a personal computer and the use of standardoffice equipment, such as phones, copiers or scanners.
