Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Lead performance management processes
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
  • Manage benefits administration and employee evaluation programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and employee evaluation processes
  • Indepth knowledge of employment labor law and regulations
