For our client, an established service center with numerous awards, we are looking for several customer service representatives (m/f/d) for the mobile phone sector - inbound, full-time and part-time possible.


Your tasks:


  • Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries
  • Friendly and goaloriented communication with customers
  • Independent problem analysis and troubleshooting
  • Assistance with contract changes
  • Complaint processing and complaint management
  • Support for private and business customers

Your profile:


  • Serviceoriented and communicative personality
  • Proficient in common PC applications
  • Excellent knowledge of German AND Arabic
  • Performance and goaloriented work style
  • Career changers (m/f/d) and beginners (m/f/d) are welcome
