Description
We are looking for a team assistant / HR specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Leipzig Zentrum/Südvorstadt. In this role, you will support the team in the areas of personnel management, organization, and administration.
Your responsibilities:
- Time tracking and preparation of payroll
- Office management and assistance
- Personnel administration
- Maintenance of master data
- Personnel and applicant management, recruiting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (or similar) or relevant experience in office management
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Attention to detail and numbers
- Team player
