Job Description:

We are urgently hiring to fill Student Technician I positions in our office on Texas A&M University West Campus. Service center hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday, excluding campus holidays. All part time work will take place during regular service center hours.


This is a great opportunity for anyone working toward a career in IT to get experience provisioning of both Windows and Apple OS based devices.

We are seeking someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to learn new technologies and processes. Previous experience in customer service and IT support is preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs order fulfillment tasks to include receiving, stocking, item picking, packaging, shipping, and documentation.
  • Follows established system processes and procedures to provision systems on customer orders.
  • Delivers customer orders using departmental vehicle.
  • Maintains orderly work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in customer service and IT support.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • Driver's License.
