Administrative and Recruiting Assistant - Brea, United States - Premier Ambulance
Description
Essential Functions:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Complete paperwork and the onboarding process for new hires
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Provide administrative support to the President, Corporate Directors and Recruiting Manager
- Assist in all aspects of the Company hiring/onboarding process
- Create a delightful, seamless experience for student ridealongs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Meet deadlines, working within tight time constraints
- Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of systems and policy and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer keyboard and monitor.
Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
