- Overhead Persistent Infra-Red (OPIR) Subject Matter Expert
- Understanding of TCPED process and how OPIR is reported
- Perform Systems Engineering processes for current and new OPIR capabilities
- Perform Integration and Test procedures on current and new OPIR capabilities
- Perform Budget Control/Financial Management
- Provide Security Classification Advisement
- Perform User Engagement Consumer Outreach
- Provide Tech Insertion Support
- Provide support to Communications and Architecture Modifications
- Provide Requirements Development Support
- Facilitate Agile Acquisition Support
- Draft and Review RFC and participate in RFC TEMs
- Participate in Joint Working Groups
- Create briefing slides for various high level forums/presentations; ability to brief senior leaders
- Provide input and data for reviews and CONOP development
- Ability to organize/coordinate senior level discussions and staffing of strategic level communication correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- CISSP cert for ISPO
- Bachelors STEM degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 15 years of related experience with systems security and integration efforts
- Experience leading and coordinating efforts of systems security professionals
- Experience managing under a rigorous Systems Security process in a mission critical environment
- Must be an independent self-starter with strong initiative
- Must have strong writing/reporting and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible in a constantly changing business landscape
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
