POSITION SUMMARY
The General Counsel plays a crucial role in overseeing all legal aspects for both the Bainum Family Foundation and the Children's Equity Fund. They lead a legal team, provide guidance on grantmaking, contracts, compliance, and manage risks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The General Counsel is also responsible for corporate governance, tax, and investment matters as well as representing the Legal team in various internal groups and committees.
