Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategy for managing and resolving regulatory inquiries and investigations
Represent the company in connection with regulatory inquiries and disputes, including supervision of outside counsel
Collaborate with product, public policy and communications teams to develop and implement regulatory and policy strategy on important and breaking issues
Represent the company in connection with regulatory engagement on emerging technology and legal issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or inhouse with experience representing companies in complex litigation, investigations, and/or regulatory matters
Experience developing and executing legal strategy
Experience collaborating and communicating with crossfunctional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with consumer protection, privacy, and/or intermediary liability issues
Experience working with internet and technology companies or regulators
Experience advising business clients on product issues or developing areas of the law or managing investigations
