As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:

We are currently looking for you as a civil engineer / industrial engineer as a team leader for offers and construction projects (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the locations Augsburg, Berlin, Duisburg, Hanau, Hannover, Karlsruhe or Königsborn.

Your tasks:

You lead the team for offers and construction projects with a target size of approximately 7 employees within our main department for construction services in the track area.
Here, you take on the operational offer management, control the crossregional capacity and resource balancing, and coordinate the collaboration with other internal service units and trades.
In particular, your expertise is in demand for crossunit major projects or strategically relevant special projects, which you are responsible for from the offer phase to the handover of the construction site to the project management.
You monitor the market nationwide and analyze it in terms of current and prospective market shares or potentially new business areas.
