Your profile Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on corporate accounting, tax law, or tax theory, or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with certified further qualification, such as a certified accountant (m/f/d) Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a comparable position in the housing industry Proficiency in German GAAP (HGB) including specific knowledge of the housing industry Independent, goal-oriented, proactive work style as well as strong analytical skills, reliability, and discretion Proficient in corporate taxes Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications Your tasks at a glance Independent management of the finance and accounting department Leadership and development of a team of 5-8 people Preparation of annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) and participation in the company's reporting process Preparation of tax balance sheet and preparation of tax returns Economic and financial planning, liquidity management, payment processing, and reporting to the management board Responsibility for human resources tasks for
