Head of Assembly, Warehouse, and Shipping (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary management of the assembly, warehouse, and shipping departments
- Further development of your department and implementation of process optimizations
- Responsibility and ensuring the qualitative and timely execution of tasks in your department
- Interface management and close collaboration with all upstream and downstream departments such as sales support, production, and technical departments
- Operational work in all supervised areas
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- Completed training in the metal industry, logistics, or a comparable field
- Further education as a master or technician desirable
- First leadership experience
- Several years of professional experience in assembly
- Professional experience in logistics desirable
- Good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP
- Independent and processoriented work
- Flexibility, commitment, and teamwork
