    We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Transportation Design Project Manager to join our team in Portland. If you are passionate about transportation infrastructure and have a proven track record of leading projects successfully, this role is for you!

    Consor specializes in providing engineering and construction services to public agencies, offering a wide range of services including transportation design engineering, structural assessment, bridge inspection, construction management, and more.     Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000 per year

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as a Transportation Design Project Manager and Pursuit Lead on Design-Build (DB) projects.
    • Collaborate on teaming agreements, contracting processes, and risk management efforts for DB contracts.
    • Help with pursuit strategy, project teaming partners, and development of submission materials.
    • Lead DB proposals, coordinate with contractors, and participate in meetings with owners.
    • Develop plans and specifications, supervise task leads, and ensure project quality objectives are met.
    • Support projects as needed, prepare design calculations, specifications, and construction plans.
    • Manage engineering services during construction, oversee contract changes, and ensure project quality.
    • Identify resources needed for project success and coordinate staffing requirements with managers.
    • Build relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth.

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Oregon State PE License.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing transportation projects.
    • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
    • Strong understanding of transportation project requirements and procedures.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
