Description
M&A is currently seeking a full-time hydrogeologist with groundwater modeling experience to support our mining clients in the western United States.
Developing hydrogeologic conceptual models and water budgetsCompiling, processing, and analyzing hydrogeologic data using spreadsheets, databases, GIS, graphing software, and computer programming
Preparing data summaries, presentations, and technical reports/memos
Graduate degree in hydrology, geology, or a related field of study; course work in hydrogeologic data analysis, groundwater modeling, and computer programming preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS software, and computer programming (e.g., Python, Scilab, FORTRAN, Octave)
Professional training in quantitative hydrogeology and groundwater modeling
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in teams and at times with minimal supervision
