    Position
    The Service Desk Technician's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasksThis includes triaging incoming phone calls, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving or escalating end user help requests on all corporate hardware and softwareThe Service Desk Technician will maintain and log all support calls to the support center database application for call tracking and SLA requirementsThe Service Desk Technician will serve as operator in lieu of.

    Position High School Diploma or equivalent.1 year experience in general desktop experience with hardware and business applications such as word processing, databases, spreadsheets and operating systems preferred.

    Valid drivers license or equivalent. An A+ certification is preferred.
    Personal computer, personal cell phone, personal high-speed internet.

    A basic understanding of computer technology and terms such as operating systems, hardware, office automation applications, peripheral installations (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    This job has no on call responsibilities.
