We are seeking a highly skilled

Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a

remote position

based in México,

the ideal candidatewill have extensive experience in designing and implementing robust technical solutions, with a strong background in cloud technologies.

The Software Engineer will play a crucial role in guiding our technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving innovation within our organization.

Requirements
4-6 years of experience in software development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles.
Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Docker, , SQL Server, and REST API.
Experience leading technical teams and driving successful project delivery.
Proven track record of implementing solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Advanced English.
Main Activities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on architecture, design patterns, and technology stack selection.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.
Mentor and coach team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Desirable

Experience in software quality assurance and performing modifications to systems.
Ability to provide guidance for troubleshooting technical issues for team members.
Proficiency in analyzing and reviewing existing systems to identify risks and redundancies.
Previous experience in reviewing and approving technical solutions.
