Position Overview:
Currently seeking a skilled M365 Technical Architect to join the dynamic team based in Alameda, CA.

As a crucial member of the organization, you will have a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define strategic objectives for M365 solutions.
Design, architect, and implement tailored Microsoft 365 solutions for clients.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering mentorship and support to junior team members.
Build strong client and internal stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and ensure satisfaction with solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, especially within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement across all levels of the organization.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
Relevant certifications such as M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or M365 Messaging Administrator Associate are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary package of USD 150,000 per year.
