Job Description

Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector with expertise in GD&T, metrology, and statistical analysis to ensure product quality and compliance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years inspection experience
Proficiency in Basic Algebra and Geometry
Experience with metrology tools and techniques
In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Familiarity with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
Proficient computer skills including spreadsheet creation and formula application

Preferred Skills:

Ability to use MiniTab for statistical analysis

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high-quality standards
Create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis
Utilize inspection tools aligned with metrological practices
Apply GD&T principles effectively during the inspection process
Participate in CAPA and SCAR processes to address quality issues

Additional Information:

Drug test required; THC exclusion
Training on 1st shift before moving to regular 2nd shift hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
Position is temporary to permanent, US Citizens accepted

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
