Temporary Full time General maintenance and haul away technician with the possibility of permanent employment.WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday (Weekend availability required)
6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 5:00 AM-1:30pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with Pick up and removal of specific debris and disposes of the debris at local dump locations.
- Assists in Performance of general exterior maintenance on property sites
Including:
- Installing signposts / Cleaning Signs
- Painting Work of any kind
- Change Garbage Cans / Remove Debris as directed

- Responsible for showing up to scheduled location on time.
- Responsible for their timecard accuracy by clocking in, clocking out for lunch and clocking back in after lunch and when the shift is over for the day through App or at the office.
- Responsible for maintaining personal appearance according to company guidelines.
- Fills in for Day Porter as Assigned by Manager.
- Assist in other positions as necessary and as assigned by Manager to fill in jobs where coverage might be necessary.
- Power washes and parking lot sweeps locations as needed.
- Attends, as requested, employee and safety meetings.
- Always treats employees and customer with respect and carries self in a professional manner.
- Responsible for filling out timecard and submitting it in on time according to company payment schedules.
- Responsible for contacting your manager when any extra ordinary events occur on site.
- Responsible for pre and post trip inspections of vehicles, trailers and equipment according to company guidelines and DOT requirements and law.
- Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of assigned equipment.
- Notifies superior in advance when absence occurs at least 1 hour before shift, preferably a weeks' notice.
- Always notifies superior well in advance when taking time off.
- Performs other duties as needed.
- Provides Manager / Superior with documentation of completed tasks. This includes pictures, task descriptions, receipts for materials purchased and before/after photos of projects.
- Follows guidelines regarding the proper use of customer IVR App/Call in procedures, including downloading/sending photos and documenting time spent on locations.
- Ability to work in a physical manner
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Must have at least cursory knowledge of the following trades:
b. Drywall hanging, texturing and repair.
c. Stucco and concrete patching
d. Electrical
e. Plumbing
f. Concrete pouring and finishing
g. Welding and Fabrication
h. Carpentry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Body Position: Standing for long periods of time, Sitting for long periods of time
- Body Movements: Carrying, use of hands, arms, Crouching, kneeling, and crawling, climbing ladders.
- Senses: Sighted, speaking, hearing, smelling and touch
- Lifting: Normal, up to 75 pounds, Occasionally, up to 125 pounds
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Required to work in a multitude of different weather conditions.
- Required to work on site and on location.
- Flexible, Ability to adjust priorities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to drive a truck and Trailor
Job Types:

$ $25.00 per year
