You will work on exciting customer projects and support the installation, configuration, and administration of applications on Linux systems. Your Tasks & Topics

Evaluation and pre-qualification of incident tickets from monitoring systems, including analysis and documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with our service level agreements
Processing of IT customer service requests and disruptions, including recording, analysis, evaluation, and development of technical solutions
Design & implementation of customer setups and internal services, as well as their integration into production operations
Main topics include Linux and BSD systems, as well as the services running on them such as web and database software. This can be done in containers or on Kubernetes in our private and hybrid clouds

What You Bring

A completed IT education or a degree in (business) informatics and practical experience in the operation and administration of Linux and/or BSD systems
Ideally, knowledge of config management, automation, and web application stacks
Enjoyment of troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance analysis in the field of virtualization and container runtime platforms
