Your responsibilities:
- You will carefully and accurately handle postal and email correspondence
- You will document and organize business processes in a structured manner
- You will be responsible for processing and filing invoices, travel expenses, and credit card statements
- You will prepare payment runs and write notifications
- You will present our products and services in a customeroriented and convincing manner, for example in customer offers
- You will also accurately obtain quotes from suppliers
- You will learn the entire process of order processing, from acceptance to invoicing
- You will be responsible for the preparation and followup of meetings and the organization of internal events.
