Apprenticeship as a specialist (m/f/d) for restaurants and event catering

Professionals for restaurants and event catering are the first point of contact for restaurant guests. They plan and organize events, coordinate service processes, advise and support guests in the restaurant, at events, in the restaurant and at the bar. They have the well-being of their guests in mind - whether it's an intimate candlelight dinner or a large conference, a unique wedding celebration or daily à la carte service. They take on the role of host in the restaurant, at the bar and at various types of events. They master all processes, from seasonal and occasion-related preparation of rooms to advising guests and serving drinks, dishes and menus in a professional manner, to creating invoices.
