The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 2-year apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d) at our Munich location for the German Rail Cargo.

The vocational school is also located in Munich.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:

  • You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the cargo transfer from rail (freight train) to road (truck)
  • You will learn the basics of logistics processes
  • You will operate our gantry cranes and mobile handling equipment
  • You will also be responsible for supervising the loading of trains and trucks

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education
  • You have at least a B2 level of proficiency in German
  • You are diligent and responsible
  • You enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help
  • You are open to working different shifts
