The OPUS Personaldienstleistungen GmbH is looking for a(n) Project Manager Operation & Maintenance (m/w/d) for a well-known client in the Essen area.

Our client is a specialist in the planning, construction, and operation of power plants and energy and environmental protection facilities, as well as a supplier of IT systems and services.

In the Plant Services department, the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) division offers consulting support and long-term full-service operation management, including optimized maintenance, to domestic and international power plant owners.

Together with the sales team, you will be responsible for the development, negotiation, and awarding of offers, as well as the execution of national and international operation management projects within the O&M division. Your daily work will be characterized by a trusting collaboration with the foreign subsidiaries of our client.

You will be responsible for:

independently negotiating operation management contracts
managing, coordinating, and monitoring existing projects
technical coordination between the power plant and the departments of our client and its subsidiaries
monitoring project profitability and providing regular reports

What we expect...
