Who You Are

What You Will Do
-
Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printer, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment

Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades
Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
Train end user on usage of computer hardware and software
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Knowledge of IT security best practices
Proven history of successfully resolving a wide variety of technical issues in a timely manner
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay Transparency
***Targeted base compensation is $30 per hour plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light:
office work, seldom lifting to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
