Roles & Responsibilities:_

The Programmer Analyst II develops, designs, implements and documents modifications to both vendor supplied and in-house operating systems to meet specific needs of the installation.

Responsibilities

Works from or writes specifications to develop or modify software programs that will improve the efficiency of the operating system.
Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages defined by higherlevel software programmers or self.
Modifies, tests and debugs vendor supplied utilities, packages and engineering releases to better suit them to the operating environment.
Assists in developing and modifying relatively complex software, such as routines supporting multi programming, telecommunications and file management.
May provide assistance and training to other Programmers.
Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in systems programming, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Substantial level of programming knowledge and ability, with languages such as C#,.NET, PHP, Oracle PL/SQL, or Java
Full stack web development experience
Experience working with SQL and SSRS
Experience working with JavaScript, Some exposure to modern UI language is a plus (ex. Angular or React)
Familiarity with MVC Framework
Minimum of 2 year of experience with modern DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, and/or Jenkins

Pay:
$82, $123,000.00 per year
