Your tasks

Installation, commissioning, and support of Unify OpenScape Business systems
Installation and support of applications
Handling of incidents and MAC in a remote environment
Processing and updating of system documentation
Participation in on-call duty

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the IT and telecommunications sector (e.g. electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology, IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent)
Knowledge and experience in installation, commissioning, and service of Unify systems and related applications
Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, and VoIP, as well as a secure handling of Microsoft and Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office products
Unify system certifications would be advantageous
High service and customer orientation, as well as strong
