***We are currently seeking an organized and dependable Clerk to join our team as a Student Tuition Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative tasks and assisting students with their tuition-related inquiries. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and excellent organizational abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and ensure a positive experience for our students.


SALARY RANGE
$ $26.50 per hour DOE

HOURS
Up to 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.


CATEGORIES OF DUTIES

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, assisting with tuitionrelated inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist in processing tuition payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve student issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings related to tuition matters.
  • Stay uptodate with our tuition policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accurate communication.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory related to tuition materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director and/or Administration.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
None


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience working with underserved populations helpful.
