Our organization has locations throughout Northern and Central California including 14 dealerships and 3 commercial fleet service centers. Our 23 franchises include Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, KIA, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Hino and Isuzu.

    Future Nissan prides itself on the professional and family-oriented feel it provides. They generally earn anywhere from $3,500 - $8,500 a month, and thats the norm Just think about what our big sale months bring

    Pay Scale Components:
    Base Hourly rate of $16.00, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
    • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
    • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
    • Build strong rapport with customers.
    • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
    • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
    • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
    Expectations:
    • Car sales experience is helpful but NOT REQUIRED
    • Must have customer service experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Valid sales license
    • Positive attitude and demeanor
    • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
    • Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
