John Natale, local business owner & content creator, is looking for a personal assistant.Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: John's brand crosses multiple platforms and while TikTok is his highest engagement, he is looking to diversify his content and grow on other platforms. Filming, creating and producing ready to post content will be extremely important.

Transaction Management: Assist with managing real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Coaching Intake Process: Coordinate the intake process for new coaching clients, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.

Administrative Support: Provide overall oversight on smaller tasks across Natale Realtors, Natale Coaching, and Natale Media. Assist with day-to-day administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Experience with social media management, either personally or professionally
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detailoriented with a knack for problemsolving
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate, coaching, or media industries
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
