Worthington Enterprises is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast paced assembly line.

Duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:
operating equipment including setup, shut down, changeovers, problem solving, material handling, and quality control.

The ultimate goal of the Machine Operator is to safely achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality service safely, while effectively and efficiently increasing profits.

A detailed orientated, self-motivated, problem solver that utilizes a strong work ethic is required.


The Stockroom Attendant is a key person for the factory reliability department who owns all technical store areas and people operating in the technical store.

The position is responsible for providing the spare parts required for the maintenance:
easy to find, right quality, available when needed, with the optimum inventory level and cost of management. The Stockroom Attendant will conduct the inventory control processes (cycle counting, storeroom access process). This role is a key role and must work seamlessly with technicians, maintenance planners, and operations.

2nd Shift - 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Shift premium $1.50

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and orderly 5S storeroom
  • Plan the storeroom layout for efficient order picking and inventory care
  • Provide inventory reporting to Finance and Purchasing; ensure finance approval of all stock adjustments, min/max adjustments, and obsolete part writeoff
  • Manage the process to refine and control slowmoving parts and obsolete part removal.
  • Monitor min/max levels and order point information
  • Use bestpractice inventory management practices
  • Coordinate activities with other disciplines (purchasing, accounting, engineering, operations, management) to ensure high support of maintenance activities
  • Coordinate special parts orders with maintenance
  • Provide reports to management such as inventory valuation reports, negative inventory reports, cycle count variances, scrap, and obsolescence
  • Become familiar with plant equipment and operational processes
  • Maintain open lines of communication Establish and maintain "Work-Flow Process Charts" and standard operating procedures for major work systems within plant stores: Parts setup, Parts replenishment, Parts issue, Parts return, Parts repair and restock, Parts Kitting, Inventory Process (Annual and Cycle Count)
