Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieving or exceeding quota
  • Support sales strategy development (quota, resource planning, comp plans, territory sizing)
  • Sales team development
  • Forecasting, sales resource utilization, develop GPO/IDN strategies & execution plans
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes
  • Maintain budgets
  • Nurture KOL relationships
  • Execute pricing strategies
  • Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge, & Create)
  • Requires a minimum of 50% overnight travel

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in a medical device company
  • Minimum of 5 years leading sales managers
  • Managing $50M to $200M in revenue (with double digit growth not breakthrough technology)
  • Ability to execute sales strategy
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
  • Experience in fast growth company or division
