• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
• Accurately process customer orders, including taking orders, inputting them into the POS system, and handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and pricing in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station, including cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies, and arranging menus and promotional materials.
• Monitor and manage wait times during peak hours to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to uphold a positive customer experience.
• Assist with additional tasks such as bussing tables, refilling condiments, and restocking inventory as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move freely around the cashier station and restaurant.
• Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, such as trays of food or beverage supplies.
• Manual dexterity for operating POS systems, handling cash, and processing transactions.
