Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
- Track and report on grant income, ensuring funds are used according to grant agreements.
- Oversee financial operations for both the LLC and Foundation, including managing different types of employee payments.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Will be responsible for all company finances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and financial record keeping.
- Experience with grant management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Pay:
From $78,000.00 per year
