Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver/Hotel Houseman to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
Follow predetermined routes and schedules
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the vehicle
Provide exceptional customer service by answering passenger questions and addressing concerns
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle bus or van
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Ensure the safety of passengers by following all safety protocols
Handle cash transactions for fare collection, if applicable

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a bus driver, van driver, school bus driver, limousine driver, delivery driver, or motor coach driver is preferred
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers
Excellent customer service skills
Strong mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle maintenance issues
