• You are responsible for the entire closing process, from booking to reporting, at Staples. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, compliance requirements, and internal controls. By monitoring process metrics and deriving appropriate recommendations, you guarantee an efficient and error-free process.
• As a ***** for the implementation of our new ERP system in the "Record to Report" area, you play a central role in digitizing our reporting. You coordinate requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and training, and support the affected areas with your expertise.
• Your initiative to continuously review and improve our reporting processes contributes significantly to efficiency gains. You identify and eliminate bottlenecks, optimize processes, and keep an eye out for new technologies and best practices.
• You are also responsible for creating meaningful reports and analyzing data and trends. This provides valuable decision-making support for management and contributes to identifying risks and opportunities.
