The Caritas Nursing Home Sonnengarten is located in the municipality of Edling near Wasserburg.

In addition to full-time care with 64 single rooms, Sonnengarten also offers day care with 20 places.

We offer our residents individual and loving care, as well as comprehensive nursing and support tailored to their needs.

You will be responsible for
:

- managing and leading the housekeeping department as deputy head of housekeeping with its own cleaning service and laundry/linen supply
- planning, organizing and ensuring a high level of service and care quality for the residents
- implementing and complying with legal requirements and the concepts of the business area
- working collaboratively and cooperatively in the interdisciplinary management team with the nursing area and social support
- managing employees with shift and deployment planning in a deputy capacity
- personnel management including personnel planning and development in a deputy capacity
