MIM believes the initial sale of our software is just the first step in the journey with our customers. Maintaining a devoted customer base is a core part of our strategy.

You will be charged with understanding the current needs of our sites and helping them overcome challenges in their clinical workflow to evolve their use of our products.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results with a patient focus, developing deep & strategic account relationships, and executing strategic account plans.

What You'll DoCollaborate to build and nurture customer relationships, foster a cohesive customer experience, and identify and solve problems before they happenUnderstand departmental processes, how MIM products are installed and used, and various customer roles within their department (ex:

Radiologists, Technologists, etc.)Recognize and engage customer stakeholders at managed sites to drive the effective utilization of MIM Software products compelling customers to implement new processes and identify opportunities for cross-sellingProactively communicate customer-related activity to other internal MIM teams (such as external IT, customer service, professional services, and captured in our CRM, etc.) to ensure the proper follow-up takes place in a timely manner to meet their expectationsReport to direct management on current customer activities such as software upgrades, training, proactive customer interventions, and contract renewal Provide software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations to customers over the phone, online, and in personCollect on and perform renewals of our customer's service and maintenance contractsWhat You'll Need4+ years of account management or sales experience preferably in a clinical settingA bachelor's degree is preferredExperience within nuclear medicine is preferredHighly competent in a multitude of IT capabilities to support business needs including CRMStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting connectionsTime management and organizational skills with the ability to multitaskProven ability to navigate hospital institutionsWillingness to travel up to 30% What You'll GetHybrid work environment so you can work remotely as well as enjoy the officeMIM pays 100% of your insurance monthly costs; including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceEach employee received a Health Savings Account (HSA) that fully covers the medical deductible20 vacation days and 11 paid company holidays, including the time between Christmas and New Year DayA 401(k) with a 4% match that is 100% vested on day oneAnnual Bonus ProgramUp to $8,000 in continued education costs annuallyRelaxed office setting where jeans are the normFree snacks and beverages at the office24-hour access to an in-office fitness centerWait, what does MIM do?MIM provides medical imaging software to imaging centers, hospitals, specialty clinics, research organizations, and pharmaceutical companies across the globe.
