We are currently seeking a talented and team-oriented AP Specialist to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering hiring managers to deeply learn their work and teams, crafting a strategy and sourcing plan to reach technical talent
- Work closely with the Director of Talent to grow technical teams in new regions.
- Research and present innovative sourcing solutions
- Partner with the larger People Team regarding the creation and implementation of new recruiting practices that support international hiring
- Report updates weekly on all open positions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree not required but preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing engineering talent
