We are currently seeking a talented and team-oriented AP Specialist to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering hiring managers to deeply learn their work and teams, crafting a strategy and sourcing plan to reach technical talent
Work closely with the Director of Talent to grow technical teams in new regions.
Research and present innovative sourcing solutions
Partner with the larger People Team regarding the creation and implementation of new recruiting practices that support international hiring
Report updates weekly on all open positions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree not required but preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing engineering talent
