JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets across multiple ecom channels.
  • Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce website, ensuring it is userfriendly, visually appealing, fully functional following the brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate the effectiveness of ecommerce strategies and make datadriven decisions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying creative learnings & insights. Identify A/B test opportunities for asset variations to understand and interpret creative performance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for website optimization, growth and innovation.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ecommerce management, with a track record of driving online sales growth and performance.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Seller Central), website optimization techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing platforms (Klaviyo and Attentive).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and other conversion tracking platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.

  • Ability to identify and seek needed information or conduct research.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
