Experienced
Heavy Machine Operator in our Woodville, Texas location.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures a supply of burning fuel is loaded and maintained in the Furnace Conveyor
- Filling and emptying all bulk material hoppers and other Waste Hoppers as needed
- Perform daily maintenance and/or troubleshoot equipment
- Assist in repair work on equipment
- Operate line and equipment in safe, respectful, and professional manner
- Perform daily housekeeping duties around the Bark Grinding area; as well as contribute to general facility cleanliness
- Participate in cross training on other equipment within the mill
- Assist in other areas in the mill as needed when normal assigned duties are not required
- Possess the ability to work safely; wearing appropriate PPE as needed
- Basic knowledge or environmental regulations regarding storage and disposal of materials
Working Environment:
As a Heavy Machine Operator, you will be expected to work scheduled shift hours, with extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
