Business Development Specialist" for our Chemical Manufacturing company.

**Job responsibilities:
- **•Maximize company's international market share & profits.

• Keep abreast of global market trends.
• Develop products that meet international demands.
• Travel to different countries & perform extensive consumer research.
• Establish competitive pricing strategies.
• Prepare international marketing plans & policies underneath & coordinate with other departments to achieve marketing endeavors.
• Perform detailed strategies, pricing & financial analyses.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Plan marketing & branding objectives.
• Nurture & enrich all external perceptions of the company & growth of market shares.
• Handling stock points.
• Operations overseas. (US)
• To ensure targets are met in stipulated time period i.e Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annually.
• Conduct market research & develop sales plan based on changing market scenario.
• Reply to inquiries proposals, tenders, price quotations & expected business from business portals. All proposals should their dues within existing timelines.

Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc/ B.Tech Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Chemical Industry.

Indo Americas LLC products - Fine chemicals, Speciality chemicals and perfoarmance chemicals.
