- Lead a sales team of 12, across 5 locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota, selling radio, video security, and access control to public safety and commercial accounts.
- Conduct regular 121's with the sales team to provide guidance, support, and address any challenges.
- Assist in creating presentations for customer meetings.
- Coach sales team on sales methods, to include attending customer meetings and calls.
- Review weekly sales dashboard, distribute to team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
