- Training will be held at our at our Schaumburg location for 3 months. You must have reliable transportation.
- Provide comprehensive medical care under the supervision of a physician
- Perform physical examinations and take a detailed medical history. You will need to order and provide interpretation of diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies. This role includes the duty to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Perform procedures including nasal endoscopy, sinus debridements, allergy testing, and treatment with Botox.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Advanced MD (AMD)
- Demonstrated proficiency, including licensure and/or certification
- Knowledge of anatomy
- Ability to multitask and work in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose complex conditions in a holistic manner
- Competence with technology and ability to use various tools in the clinical setting
- Active learner with a desire and willingness to continue education and training
- Professionalism with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an advanced practice provider preferred
- ENT experience is a plus

We are dedicated to providing care for patients with Sinus, Nasal, TMJ, Headache and Sleep conditions. We employ physicians who specialize in ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat/Otolaryngology) as well as advanced practice providers including a nurse practitioner and physician assistants.
We are looking for an experienced advanced practice provider to join our team. We are seeking a compassionate, qualified advanced practice provider that will provide comprehensive care to improve patients' lives.
