We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Emerald, NE.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain from our service partners to our end customers on a national level.

You will serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to finished goods and visibility items, and will be responsible for planning and managing logistics capacities and resources.

Additionally, you will be in charge of standardizing and streamlining processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness within the department.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing 3PL relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs, contracts, and KPIs
  • Budget planning and cost monitoring for logistics
  • Initiating and managing logistics tenders and benchmark activities
  • Maintaining a balance between service levels and costs
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to the order to delivery process
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards for all products
  • Managing the order to cash process for finished goods and visibility items
  • Optimizing processes through standardization and automation
  • Ensuring timely monthend closure processing
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Maintaining system and database integrity
