Building Company, a national apartment real estate company, is seeking an experienced, energetic Property Manager for Federal Road Apartments, a brand new, 151 unit, luxury apartment community located in Brookfield, CT.

This property requires an energetic, experienced, Lease Up Property Manager who knows the area and demographics of Brookfield, CT. Great work location, close to shopping and dining with easy on/off the interstate for a great commute

The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting.
