• Experience in Concrete, Structural and flat work
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, and to the required quality standards
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on the job site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman/Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction Concrete processes, techniques, and materials strutural
• Proficient in scheduling, and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Prolog)
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
