At our location in Minden, we are looking for a commercial employee in the service department for administrative tasks for our client.

The vacancy is to be filled as part of direct placement.

This is what our ***** is all about:

- You record service requests in the corresponding IT system and process them

- You handle return requests and issue corresponding credits

- You invoice completed service assignments according to specifications

- You maintain customer master data in SAP

- Updating the inventory of service technician vehicles is also part of your responsibilities

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship

- Your professional experience in the service department, ideally in coordinating technician assignments, sets you apart

- You have good communication skills in English

- Your high level of service orientation and organizational skills shape your work style

- Finally, you impress with your good user knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
