PART-TIME COMMUNITY CONCIERGE FOR APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN PLYMOUTH, MA.

Picerne Real Estate Group is recruiting high energy, success-driven individuals to join our marketing. leasing team.

The Community Concierge will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting apartment home renters with our beautiful communities.

Our Community Concierge, above all else, are challenged to providing outstanding customer service and to have FUN at work, all while helping assist the management and leasing team with essential function or operation.

Picerne Real Estate Group has been building and managing properties on a continuing basis since 1925.

With 3 generations of Picerne leadership providing continued growth on a national stage, pride of ownership is very important to our company.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet all visitors to the office in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Answer phones promptly and courteously.
  • Provide assistance to management and leasing team with all administrative tasks.
  • Effectively market the community and communicate with residents using social media.
  • Develop and maintain customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
  • Help create and conduct creative B2B marketing in the local community to promote awareness.

POSTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superior
    customer service and polished
    communication skills.
  • Must be highly selfmotivated, available to work Saturdays.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Background screenings required

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS PACKAGE:

  • Based on experiences and qualifications, $20 $23 per hour
  • 9 early release Fridays throughout the year
