Experience & Knowledge Requirements:3-5 Years of relevant experience in diesel engine mechanics.
Good knowledge of diagnostics and repairs in diesel engines.
Familiarity with Detroit Diesel Series 60, Cummins ISX, and Caterpillar engines.
Skills in transmission/transaxle, brakes, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, diesel engine performance, engine repair, and heating/air conditioning systems.
A strong focus on safety, compliance, and following inspection procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics and repairs on Detroit Diesel Series 60, Cummins ISX, and Caterpillar engines, ensuring reliable engine performance

Preventive Maintenance:
Participate in preventive maintenance activities to extend the life and efficiency of engines. Assist in developing maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Technical Skills:
Apply skills in transmission/transaxle, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, diesel engine performance, engine repair, and HVAC systems

Record Keeping and Compliance:
Keep accurate records of all diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards.
